Vacancy: Legal Officer Job Role: • Draft, review, negotiate and finalize all relevant legal documents required for Bank lending. • Liaise and manage relationship with external Solicitors to the Bank. • Draft/review contract documents/agreements to ensure detrimental clauses to the Banks’s interest are expunged. • Render legal and advisory functions to the Bank. Interpret and communicate regulations. KPIs: • Turnaround time in the preparation of litigation documents. • Turnaround time in the conduct of legal searches. • Turnaround time in the review of contract documents between the Bank and all other third parties. • Turnaround time in credit review.
