It took me 5 years to get admission into the university after secondary school. All of my class mates got admission except me. When I was asked if I had gotten admission I usually lied. Because I was ashamed of saying I hadn't. Most graduated and went for service and I was still home, seeking for admission every year. I almost gave up, I was frustrated and was depressed. My dad encouraged me not to give up, he always said education isn't going anywhere and I wasn't going anywhere either. I finally got admission and I was the happiest girl. I made sure I studied hard, so I would graduate with a good result. I graduated with a good result and my dad threw me a really nice graduation party. After my service year I got a great job with a really good salary. Most of my mates that got admission before me are yet to get a job, some are still seeking for jobs up till this moment.
