MsDarkSkin: question...

mean? (do they have meanings or are they just used as an expression?)
i hope my question is clear...not sure how to ask this lol.
For example:
MsDarkSkin: I‘ll pay you N20 to teach me Yoruba language.
Abdurrazaq: N20 ko, N20 ni.
It is used to show disagreement and disapproval of a proposition, suggestion and the likes.
