Oga, you must realise that you're fighting a lost battlr already... I don't think there's justification for leaving a child to himself in this day and age... Could have been tenable when our fathers were children in the village but not anymore... It's a sad new truly and no one should aportion blame right now but it's painful when there's visibly error on the part of the parents or guardians tbh... Let's all pray he's found.. Then lemme hear that he's left to wander more than 10 inches from their sight again even in that "community" setting you're trying to justify......
