He has mental health problems and was probably having a psychotic episode.
The question should be why he was discharged from the psychiatry hospital when he was apparently not well enough to be let out into the society. If it wasn't his mother, it would have been someone else.
He killed the next day after discharge meaning he wasn't well enough to have been discharged.
I hope his family including siblings, and his mother's extended family will SUE the hospital he was admitted in.
If any of their family members rare reading this, you have a very strong case and can SUE the hospital.

That dude ain't no demon bro... did you get the gist at all... just discharged from a medical centre due to psychatric eveluation... police equally met the suspect sitting on his mums back singing in a different language not understood by the officers.... Anyways the mum and aunt dared a semi madboy and got shitz in return. even if he is been charged to court, he might still win following a detailed report coming from the medical centre he was diagnosed with mental imbalance.
