If Igbos clamoured hard for second Niger Bridge and got it, I don't see why sadists like Peter Obi, who should be the last person to talk about road infrastructure given his much publicised delivery of substandard roads in Anambra that were washed away in less than six months, should be criticizing a game changer like Lagos Calabar coastal road.

Did you go to Anambra to see the roads that were washed away in six months? If you didn't then it is wise to shut up and stop spreading lies

6. The road will serve to cordone the SS from future land grabbers in the form of Biafra expansionists.

7. The road will bypass the SE and open the SS directly to Nigeria.

In what way will it open SS to Nigeria? Guy spreading ethnic hate in form of hate speech is a crime and you can be arrested for this.

Thanks

Good contributions

You call an obvious hate speech good contribution, how do you sleep well at night, where is your conscience. He tagged SE people as land grabbers and biafran expansionist which is hate speech at its finest. But Yoruba nation have been doing theory own clamouring and even claiming to annex parts of Kwara and Kogi that are Yoruba speaking yet they are not expansionist.

Coastal road is named as such because the states sharing the road houses Nigerian ports. It does mean that the whole road will pass on water

Noooo it was not named coastal road because those states house Nigerian ports. Take am easy to dey lie. It was named because the road was to be build as a coastal highway according to your paymasters.

It will enable government to be able to check mate them

It will open the entire south east

I don't understand. So Onitsha Benin didn't open entire south east. Enugu Makurdi didn't open the region, please how would a coastal road open the South east?

That's why they are against it.

They want the SS underdeveloped so that their future land grabbing will be easy.

The highway is seen as bypassing their Dot and encircling it making a future biafra a " Dot in the circle " if I can borrow from that llama Buhari.

They hate this project for reasons deeper than you can comprehend and it's all tied to their future land grabbing.

A developed and economically viable and integrated SS can not and will never ever fall for Biafra gimmicks.

This is the reason they are bitterly complaining about and against the project .

Dude hate speech can lead you to prison. If DSS summon Seun, you will be easy to track and be arrested. Do not be unfortunate.

Re: Economic Importance Of Lagos Calabar Coastal High Way by Jomonix: 3:21am On May 02
Looking at the map the coastal road may be sharing alignment with existing East west road. I had wondered where else a coastal road would pass if not mostly through the current east west road. Most criticism of this project is done ignorantly.

If you say Lagos Ibadan express road. Does that means the road only connect lagos and Ibadan?

You are busy doing a poor job of marketing this project. The fact that it is connecting existing roads make the project appear fraudulent.

When the project is completed within 5-6 us we will then begin the process of restructuring Nigeria back to pre Ironsi Nigeria.

Obi, as Premier of SE regional PM (if Ekpa gree) can then start developing your river ports.

In Ironsi era the regions were still intact. Ojukwu governed East, Fajuyi governed West, Katsina governed North and Ejoor governed Midwest. Mobolaji Johnson was administrator of Lagos. The person who split regions to states was Gowon so stop the BS lie of pre-Ironsi Nigeria.

Who cares about their criticism? Whoever you need to explain the economic importance of the road to is either an illiterate or an enemy of progress.

Whatever needs to be demolished should be demolished - I can even offer free demolition service to government if required. You can't have it both ways more so that compensations are being paid to the affected people.

What should be our concern is the tradition of the Nigerian government to abandon projects. We must not allow this to happen to the coastal road project. I love the project and I can see the transformation this would be bring, to not only Lagos but all other states it connects.

Are you really sensible at all.

50% Nigeria economic activities takes place in Lagos

Part of the ways to discongest Lagos is to open other places to it, so that will not necessarily stay there

But existing roads are there. Expand the ports in other regions to the capacity of Apapa and Tincan. How hard is it?

That is a lie, so many Nigerians from other tribes are also condemning the project. Is Atiku an Igbo person now? Please stop all this tribal hate and incitement because it is a criminal offence.

Find out the locations of the Nigerian ports and that will teach you

Let us use one port as a case study. Please show me how this project will link Koko port. Show me the map where it will get to Koko port.

Obi too might have done worse,
Under Obi as Gov, doctors were on strike more than a year in Anambra.
Point out to his legacy in Anambra.
Today, but today you people have turned him to your hero with zero achievement
Despite the shortcomings of Buhari, he delivered second Niger bridge that Jonathan could not achieve for South East despite overwhelming support Jonathan got from South East

That's the problem wit you guys, you guys keep prioritizing infrastructure over human development, infrastructure is good but how do you justify having a second Niger bridge from the government and yet your minimum wage from the same government cannot buy you 1 bag of rice, not even half bag of rice?

Thank God you used the word might for Peter Obi....
