Because his settlement has been concluded ,back door while Dave declares that others are not entitled to anything

When they acquired the land there was no law saying that it belonged to federal , afterwards Supreme court declared so and afterwards he was caught in the web of it

Tell him to present the Title documents he has on the beachfront to the Courts of law now.

The noise about Landmark is too much owing the fact there are other properties to be demolished as well. The Landmark building is still standing!.

The Fed Govt began to settle some people ,whose properties have been encroached yesterday and Hon Umahi was at hand, calling on others who are yet to get theirs that they should all come to the Head Office - what i don't know is if Lagos or Abuja-and I want to plead that they should all be settled in Lagos- for Abuja journey can be a little stressful.
At least,N2.45NBillions were given out.

some of you are not getting it. Everything about you guys pro government is tribalism. We're talking against destroying properties while there are alternatives. Look at the property you showed, it employ Nigerians, all gone even when things are so hard under the same government and serious enough, the road may take years to be completed why the rush? I complained against the same thing in Abuja in some years back as well. Aso rock in Abuja is not in Abuja master plan why is it standing? Nothing wrong with rerouting. There are alternatives to everything why destroying properties anyhow when there are alternatives. Again when we are talking about national issues, Yoruba, Igbo should learn to shot up about their ethnic fight, it's childish, nuisance and rubbish to hear.

One would think only Igbos reside in Lagos, when in actual fact landmark property are not demolished, majority of buildings demolished belong to the Yorubas.
Obingo and his deluded obirodent miscreants are not relevant in the scheme of things, they are bunch of wailing wailers and losers. They should be ignored totally.
Obingo is a failure in all ramifications

Owing to the fact that the beach never belonged to Landmark in the 1st place. His properties and cofo are from Lagos state and nobody is touching that. the beach belongs to the federal government, he was never sold the beach even though he had been using it. He bought land next to a beach that did not belong to him. He created a business based on a beach that didn’t belong to him. He didn’t think to secure his title on the beach before he invested $100m?

How do you spend that kind of money without securing the key selling point of your business?

The last time I checked, Bolaji is a Yoruba name. This is the man with the greatest loss. Landmark lost is bcoz he extended beyond the shoreline which was not approved by the Oniru Family or Lagos State govt.

I don't just understand why Obi would not review situations before opening his mouth.

I visited that place with two of my friends about 10 days ago. One worked with ICJ in Hague while the other is with AU at Addis. We were both students several years ago in a University in IBO land. They chatted this morning again about EFCC out of Court settlement with Cubana Chief Priest.

The Yorubas need to chart a course out of Nigeria. Our nature doesn't work with the people we are grouped with in Nigeria. The IBOS are now trying to win over ignorance, naive and confused Yoruba youths.

OBASANJO tried Sunday Afolabi, Tafa Balogun and Mrs Bolaji Osomo. I was in Abuja ( NASS ) during Yaradua's trial of Prof (Mrs) Nike Grange and Iyabo Obasanjo. I witnessed the travail of Patricia Etteh.

If Bobrisky were to be IBO and Chief Priest Yoruba, the Social Media would have been on fire by now. We spent 6 years with them, we know them.

Few days ago, I reminded people that Chief Afe Babalola's first office was among the demolished buildings at Ibadan for the building of Adamasingba Stadium. I don't know how an economic immigrant to Lagos will tie down the development, government and the people because of his business .

The Yoruba elites need to think deeply.

This page can spend hours on two or three pages because it concerns YORUBA and Voice of Reasoning. If it were the other people, before one hour, you are on the 10th page.

Omo.... That statement hits strongly

There is a good reason why Ports are on the exclusive list

The navy can decide at any time without notice to any bagger that they need a particular piece of the coast for their operations
How then can anyone say he has bought the coast

He can only be a tenant there at the pleasure of the Federal government

So anyone crying should produce any agreement he has with the federal government

Because he is not sincere and thinks that by talking everyday he is increasing his profile not realizing by talking everyday he is exposing his foolishness and agenda as well as his lack of intelligence. I said it a few months ago that if this man is wise he would keep quiet till 2027 and let some continue to think he is the messiah. The more he talks the more he confirms he is an empty head.

In one week he has already made multiple major gaffes.

1:He says govt should focus on existing g roads before starting new roads. It turns out government is focusing on existing roads but using private funds to finance new roads.

2: He says he doesn’t know the cause of the accident but it must be caused by bad roads. It turns out from the pictures the section where the accident happened is good and it was the case of a truck driver who veered off his lane. A bus veered off into the lagoon on the new renovated 3rd mainland bridge, was that caused by bad roads?

3: He says govt should not demolish buildings to build roads, they dug out the video where he was boasting that any building along the road will be demolished and no compensation will be paid.

4: he focused on the Ibo man whose property was not destroyed, the yoruba man whose property and who had proper title documents was destroyed he was silent on.

I encourage Peter Obi to keep talking, he is campaigning against himself.

The Ibos will vote for him no matter what. His problem is that Ibo votes are not enough and the others who very fooled 1st time around are now seeing the real Peter Obi and that this man is not fit to be a LG chairman.

Because the shameless, hateful, unrepentant bitter and frustrated 'agbaya' older generation, instead of trying to nurture them to get on with all others, keep filling their heads with false indoctrination about the Igbo man being a god amongst others and therefore always a subject of machinations to prevent his "destined" rise to greatness.

That is why the landmark owner, Peter Obi and virtually all Igbos are playing victim over this development to be claiming a resort likely not worth even $10 million USD has a value of $200 million USD

Do these megalomaniac clowns even know that $1 million USD is circa 1.3 billion Naira at current exchange rate making $200 million USD a whopping 260 billion naira?

Can you believe these ludicrous propagandists? Only fools will not understand they are all acting up because they have seen the perfect example to rinse dry with victim mentality by claiming "great and superior Igbo man being brought down by the envy of inferior detractors".

Beggars the question what Igbos want to do with the millions of their people outside ala Igbo hawking fan Yogo, whoring, selling fake everything and trafficking drugs when they are all supposed to be super-rich supermen and women.

The beach front is of national strategic and security significance
There was a recent case decided at the Supreme court between the Federal government and the state
The honest objective question you must ask yourself is why that case was started in the first place and whether it was about any individual

The ruling is that 250metres of coast inwards belongs to the FG

This was not under Tinubu

And even Lagos state was against the FG in the case

The point is that National governments and navies need to dominate and control the coastline for obvious security reasons
Even where there are to be coastal business the principle established is that this must be at the discretion of the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT .

The moment the Federal Government(Not Tinubu's ) won that case it meant anyone who bought or leased land from Lagos or any coastal state had lost out
The Federal government does not owe them any compensation or consideration

No one can buy the coast that is the law and in all honesty it is a good law

That does not mean it cannot be leased if security permits but that will be down to the FG

You are the one that needs to cure your ignorance
