Note:The steps for the whole process is set out step by step. For your own good, adhere. If not, a possibility exists that the final ds 160 number will be different from the one used to book the appointment . Applicants in those situations will neither be allowed to enter the embassy nor will they be interviewed.

Goodevening,please i have been denied student visa 3times the last time was May 2019,but i have attended a Culinary school here in nigeria and now working as a Civil Servant and also doing my catering business. Am married now and expecting my baby. So i intend trying the B1 visa with my husband,he works with a multinational company and also has a farm,but doesnt have any travel history. Please what are our chances and what do i need to put in place. Thanks

Your prior F1 visa requests what were the reason for denial? Are those factors still in place? What’s the B1 visa to be used for ? Do you have strong ties to the US? Are there any inconsistencies in your prior and current application?
