Landmark alone is entitled to over N350b . $200m x ₦1,288= ₦257. 6b Then add 37% of ₦257.6b to compensate for interest on loans obtained.. ~~~₦257.6 + ₦95.312b = ₦352.912b is what tinubu should pay landmark ltd 46 Likes 3 Shares |

This is a very good initiative by the Federal Government,it shows that they are really ready to walk their talk. And as for the compensation,be sure that it is only those who have perfected their titles that are entitled to any type of compensation This is why I keep telling property owners that it is not enough to buy a property, you must make sure you do your Survey,Get a Deed of Assignment, Governor's Consent or Certificate of Occupancy If you are yet to do any form of documentation on your land or are interested in getting good property with titles along the Ibeju Lekki Industrial Hub,kindly visit my signature 15 Likes 2 Shares |

If landmark see 5billion naira he should thank his stars. You think tinubu doesn't know all those tricks. Just dey play 28 Likes 2 Shares

You only receive compensation if your personal land is taken or if your approved building is destroyed. Landmark didn't have any personal land taken because the beach is public property and no regular building of theirs was destroyed. They are entitled to zero compensation and accordingly got none. Landmark was only trying to blackmail the government into allowing them to keep using the beach illegally without buying it or paying rent on it. They recruited Peter Obi in their propaganda war with Federal Government but failed woefully. Thank God the road continues. 32 Likes 2 Shares |

this is complete madness, infect it is obvious Tinubu government will be a completely unparalleled disaster and a total waste of time for Nigerians. the man doesn't seem to have a grasps of anything, it seems he is just like a second Buhari hust signing any document presented to him. no wonder Buhari and his team said it that Nigerians will praise Buhari after he leaves office, they seem to have known the kind of man coming in to take his place vowiski: 3 Likes |

Instead of Landmark CEO to be proactive, he went to the media to whip up ethnic sentiments against the project. Turns out not even a significant portion of his business was affected. His only grouse was that he'd lose the beachfront. Why didn't he come out to state it like that? No, he instead sponsored social media attacks against Federal Government and attacked FG for not taking permission from him before building coastal road through land that rightfully belongs to Federal Government. Right now, there are social media posts where some people are asking their people not to invest in Lagos. How did a project turn into an ethnic fight? Remember that yesterday, Peter Obi, latched on the mob and "ordered" the government to immediately stop the project to protect businesses. In Obi's myopic view, there is no benefit of building the coastal road in Lagos, and rural communities in the Niger Delta. He also prophesied that the project would be abandoned. It is politics for him, not about development! Dear voters, remember your interest is paramount and you must only vote for politicians who genuinely care about your future and want to bring development to your area. Just like they supported Emefiele’s naira repainting project that wiped off more than 15 trillion from our economy, they are at ut again. Himself and Atiku. Do not fall into the trap of being led by visionless, lousy lousers, who have no capacity for forward and progressive thinking. Know your enemies today, and do not be deceived. By the way, when the Kano-Maradi railway commenced, why didn't Peter Obi and Atiku fight it? 21 Likes
