Really did not know where to post this.....In Febuary this year I bought a new 64G Blackberry Playbook from Slot in ikeja. And a month later it crashed as it did not power on.....as I was just in the first month of a 1year warranty service I decided to go drop it for repairs at Slot now since then which is 5 months ago it has not being replaced or repaired ,I have called then severally only to be told...."We are still working on it"...please Nairalander's what are my options? |

5months is awfully a long time! Though I haven't claimed warranty on any product before, but I am of the impression that such failing devices should be replaced and not fixed. The guys at Slot are surely playing some tricks here. |
