It's supposed to be based on your current location and not where you started from. Otherwise Lagos would take bottom in the list. Below Abj,PH and Jos.Cos 70% of the rappers who ply their trades in Lag never originally kicked off from there. Its just like a tradition in nija, once you 'blow' you move over to Lagos. |
