in 2005 when Gen Agwai,then chief of army staff introduced the new army uniform, he said it was because he wanted army uniform to be civilian-friendly. According to him, the green uniform or camouflage scare civilians away. Now one of the first things the new IGP did was to introduce camouflage for the police. Please NL reconcile the two. Is it really necessary for police to wear camo b4 thay can perform. I also want to know is there any country where the police wear camouflage. |
