since you are for SVP, it won't matter if he does cos they don't normally verify SVP applicants acct but to be safe, I advise he keeps it until you are granted visa...

Non of us here is a case officer so we wouldn't know... I guess the main thing is meeting the condition or requirement in your checklist...

@ Lawland, there are many shops in Sydney where one can buy African food stuffs, and may not need to stress himself transporting them from home and they are very cheap here.
