my dear, dat ur uncle dat is a senior officer in immigration should sit his arse down. How could he say dat Mr. Parradang (CGI) ordered his own boss, Mr. Abba Moro (minister) to refund money for recruitment. CGI, these days does not hav a say on how recruitment is conducted. His part is to write a letter of employmnt request. They might give him slots for sure, but the recruitment does not hold @ d NIS rather Ministry of Interior. So ur big uncle dat is a senior officer has lied n might as well be lying about being a Senior officer in NIS. Dont bother giving him ur data to work out d employment for u, it's beyond NIS officers.
