Hi, I'm a Research Scientist working with a small firm (xtechno inc). From my recent search, it has come to my notice that most reliable web based softwares are either written on php or aspx. furthermore, the software industries in nigeria a 'microsoft' client oriented. Which of the following seems true. An open source technology or a close one?

Need speakers for an against to draw out a statistic.
