Any leader that thinks military engagement should be the first option in tackling violence is not wise enough a leader. GEJ as an educated President that he is, sampled loads of options which dialog was one of them as we all know. JTF became an option when dialog failed "JTF will only act at the command of the commander in chief of the arm forces which is your most hated homo-sapient in the entire world(GEJ). To win this war completely we should start by sideling all the northerners in sensitive government post and suspend them all till this war is over and the war will be over sooner if this is done
