I think the major problem Islam has is some people that don't fully understand what it is all about.
I would expect some enlightened people to at least grab an english version of the Quran to have an insight into the religion instead of stereotyping. I have read the bible and can still read it again to gain knowledge or understanding about some things about christianity.
I can even make my english Quran available for anyone that wants to genuinely know about this misunderstood religion.
