Actually, you can certify your cert in your school, jst make a copy of ur cert and take it 2 ur Registrar's office for certification. thats wat I used to apply and it was well accepted, so you probably don't need to go to Ministry of Foreign affairs unless for anoda country sha

NO. You can certify at any high court at your location...though admission in some other countries require both MFA and MOE certification.

ibe003: Guy go to there office and check and collect your result or you called them, I have their number if you want, no big deal,they said that if your address is not clear or familiar to them you will come and pick it up by your self.
