National open university of Nigeria(NOUN) has been moving at snail speed.For more than 1 year now the y have not resumed lectures for 2nd semester.Rather they are busy amitting new Students.We need Yar'Adua to personally intervene and restore now to the path of sanity.How on earth can they be extorting money from students without any serious academic work taking place. |
