@ Chioma, u mean after completing ur application onlyn u did a test immediately? Well, d@'s strange coz i also applied 4 d Grad Trainee position on d 15th. Ws told d@ my application ws bn considered. Is der any1 who also applied nd wrote a test immediately?

D test is like an iq test nt Gmat or anyoda one..... Bt for d graduate traniee no test online.... D will jst send u a mail...

Guys I was shocked wen I saw somfin like dat though was not surprised cuz I hav frnds dat hav experienced somfin like dat like P&G application, wat eva d case I still got a mail, @acawo I and my frnd applied and it was d same process but entirely diff questions,not onli stanbic ask ppl dat applied 4 P&G.wateva d case just hav it in mind dat it happen.

I actually did something like that with Stanbic a year back.
Almost like a personality test while filling out the form.
Its basically trying to gauge the kinda person U̶̲̥̅̊ are.
For example; the same question appears twice, and U̶̲̥̅̊ have to choose ur first option, then another option after that for the same question.

Its crazy cos this second time, I didn't see any option of that.

N.B: maybe its because I already did it before.
