Well mine is Pounded Yam and Banga soup#licking my lips# i was opportuned to eat this wonderful delicacy the first day i visited Abuja. banga soup,i suppose its from Calabar, happens to contain essential vitamins and minerals.plus the proteinous meat in it,you'll have a balanced diet if u take it with pounded yam.I've tried eating with garri,buh it doesn't work 4 me.Now,over to you.tell us your favorite local Nigerian dish...i hope i won't see indomie and fried plantain,coconut rice & salad...lol
