Abey Garri NGWA na de best garri jhoor!!!

For the purpose of making eba or drinking, yellow garri does it for me.
I could drink a full sack in a month.

Apart from the bitter taste of Ijebu garri, there are lots of dirts and sands in it due to the way its being proccessed.

My choice of garri; for smoking, I go for garri egba and probably Ijebu. For eba, garri Oyo and yellow garri are my best bet.

When it comes to smoking of garri, ijebu garri is the world record holder whereas for swallow, will give it to the delta yellow garri.

the diff is dat d yelow gari has much starch bt d ijebu garri has less starch as a result of fermentation. D yelow gari is nt fermented, hence adding red oil to kill d starch poison in it. I caried out d research durng my sch days. (productn of garri) enterpreneurshp developmt pragram.

I grew up to love a variant of ijebu garri called 'garri olonyo' in Abeokuta. What a garri.
I never like Eba wey dey draw like starch - that is yellow garri.

I think Garri Ijebu is only good for drinking, because yellow Garri flattens Ijebu Garri when it comes to making Eba. Also, Kwara Garri is way better than Garri Ijebu. Ijebu Garri always tastes conc and sour, while Kwara Garri tastes mild, which is more prefarable.
