I want to have my website,I want some to tell me how much I am to spend for creating it.

Cost for website design differs and depends on the designer,check DesignAfric.com,i think they have a cost tag for website design for this season.

It depends on the features of the website.

If its just a basic site,with contact form, and links to social media pages. - N40,000 - N100,000.
If it has some custom widgets like in-site chat, forum, foo-bar-calculator, etc. - btw N10,000 - N100,000 per widget.
Anything more, (with full AJAX widgets/features ), including social sites, and business specific sites. - N350,000 upwards.

If you negotiate well, a developer may do it much cheaper. Especially if website maintenance is included.
