Am presently serving in kogi state. Kabba to b precise. Asaya camp was fun. Though frustrating @ 1st. Don't get carried away by tryin to runz ur posting to lokoja, u will live to tell d story. Its really fun. Kogi state pays 1k.

im batch B corp member serving in kogi. d camp is called asaya camp. Its so lovely no fence. Nd no mosquitoes. There re water and light anytime u want it. I realy enjoy d place. D mamy maket is great and lively. Every morning u hear d bigler blowing his trumpet thus: 'asaya asaya why u no go zamfara' meaning everybody wake up. The OBS CREW re also lively cos u can shoutout to ur love ones through d studio wit litle buck. I advice u to go to camp a day b4 its resumption in order to secure nice bed nd fome. I stayed in hostel A1 whch is d best hostel 4 men. Hostel D12 is also lively but they re to many in thr and due to dat they re always punished. There is also nice pitch 4 soccer. D only problem is inavailability of toilet so u get ready to throw shotput (u knw wat i mean). I was posted to federal college of education okene. So those of u dat want to go to lokoja should consider this: it is very hot, it is expensive in term of house rent nd food. Also flooding is anoda issue. Enjoy ur stay in asaya nd double up ajuwa otondos. If u re walking u re wrong. I ll clear u doubt nd dnt buy my job. U can reach me on 07036240640 for i wil be in camp in d obs studio.

krystie i work in lokoja and the truth is for a corper lokoja has nothing to offer u, cos its expensive and kinda stressfull, majorly is not too corper friendly, neigboring places are kinda frendly with corpers and infact they care for orpers unlike lokoja state capital were u'll pratically b on ur own....neva d less if u posted here u have God to favour u and be ur shelter, best of luck..

Asaya camp in d worse camp, no toilet, no bathroom,room are unkept and horrible. Am a corp member presently in kogi, kabba precisely. Kabba is d best town in kogi to survive as a corper. mac, am in benin now and am preparin to leave for kogi state now, i tink u will get a bus to okene frm iddo, close to oyinbo, frm okene, d camp aint far again. But d journey frm lag is gonna b stressful and u might get to d camp at nite. Takia of u. Greatest gbo gbo!

frm benin to kogi aint 2hrs oo, only frm brnin to auchi is 2hrs, if u r comin frm lag, u av to take a bus goin to abj, drop at okene, den take a bus to kabba, frm kabba take a bike to d camp, u can also get a bus goin to okene direct, av told u dat bfor. Av a nice trip.
