Big boys from one of the poorest countries in the world whose citizens are queueing up for visas and travelling across the Sahara desert just to become voluntary slaves in oyinbo land
How many primary and secondary schools, vocational centres and health clinics have the "big boys" of his church built in their areas like the imported churches & mosques do
Did Oritsejafor ask his "big boys" whether they paid their full and complete Personal Income tax BEFORE donating for his private jet, in line with Christ's doctrine:

my guy, ur logic is very faulty, I can boldly tell u dat most churches u see or know have impacted positively within their immediate environments, d only reason u won't know it is because the church don't politicise it the way our government people do, I will give you an example, daystar christian centre has invested over 50m on some public schools around oregun, I personally have a friend who was a cultist & militant who got his life changed & reformed in pastor ayo's church, dey also paid for him to study in uniben. So please just because churches or mosques don't come out to publicize & play politics with their charitable deeds doesn't mean they are doin nothing.

Tobius tobius:

And you know for a fact that the church members contributed towards the jet? You were one of them? Do you really believe that? Gullible, gullible, gullible. Don't spout crap about intelligence here, you might not even have what you speak of.
it is u I fear lacks intelligence,I can personally tell you of 10 members of his church who are honest hard-wrking types, lemme state just one of them,do u know that the comedian Gordons is a member of his church, infact he was a choir & worship leader, pause & ponder on that for a moment, u mean to tell me a man who has consistently preached for 40 years can't raise comfortable members then that church is a joke, even deeper life that does not preach prosperity is one of d richest churches in nigeria, dey can buy anything dey desire, when they were building their headquarters @ gbagada dey paid off all d landlords on dat line of d street where d church was situated so dey culd expand their church,if ur intelligent u will know that cost dem money.next time pause & ponder before u post.

gentleoyink: I am not in support of the private jet at all. I believe that the money could be used for other things. But, there are some false statements you guys are trying hard to sell to the public as the truth. Why will you say Word of Life Bible Church members have poverty written all over them? On a Sunday, go to the church and see for yourself.

Just so you know, I am not a member of any MOG, GO or Papa and Mama gathering called church.

exactly my point, am not supporting the jet but it is annoying for some folks to think church goers are poor, africans love assumptions more than facts, poverty has really destroyed africa! Smh.

Mrs Oritsejafor's limo

And yet someone will tell me that the jerry-curl hair pastor is trully a follower of Jesus. Its this not madness? Even if u are wealthy, why should u show it so ostentatiously knowing fully well that u are a "Man of God" and quite a good number of the worshippers in your church live in penury.

samkoro: El rufai could be so low.Who rejects legitimate gifts like that.He was given a gift.He never used his money or church money. Some billionares in his church gave him that.

Did El rufai reject the Land gift of Asokoro his beneficiaries gave him.Did he not acquire lots of land in Abuja via land gifts to his wife?

El Rufai is not a MOG. Why should MOG accept gifts? This reminds me of the Simon Magus situation in tye bible. Accept gifts to perform miracles, simony etc.... this is corruption of the church and faith. And he "supposedly" speaks for all xtians in Nigeria.

I'm dumbfounded and disapointed @ d manner in which some Nigerians re responding to dis post of el-rufai.will Nigerians ever open their eyes and see how they av been lied to and cheated in d name of religion? In d western world,d interest of d masses and d liberation of d deprived are fought by pastors.eg martin luther king. In Nigeria, our pastors rather dine wit d corrupt politicians and elites and acquire magnanimus properties in d name of christendom. Every sunday they tell d poor to give offering to d lord and they ll be blessed. While they fly in jets all over d world. Wat good will dat jet be to d members who is hoping for d next meal? In a nutshell,d friend of my enemy is my enemy. Politicians in dis country are d enemies of majority of Nigerians, and our pastors actually dine wit dem,so as to evade paying tax. God knows his true worshipers

It is not bad to ride good cars.If footballers buy private jets, musicians ride expensive cars, politicians own properties worth billions...i don't see any reason why pastors/pastors' wives should not own jets/limo...or what have you.
These people have laboured...they move around a lot...they have personally raised a lot of millionaires (through their teachings and prayers) who say YES SIR to them...what else do you expect.
Look,if you are a good son...even if your dad is poor, cant you buy expensive rides for him and even help him to maintain it...especially if YOU can afford it? Friends, stop all these criticism and face your life.
Apart Im sure some of you have given personal gift of say beverages, shirts, shoes, cash to your pastor before! Now if God should promote you...wont you give him something better?
I personally know some peolpe who cannot stand to see their pastors push his car all day while they are riding the latest jeep...pls lets think deep before we post comments.
