Last christmas, i spent it all by myself in a strange land(jalingo; nysc parole) . When i tot of d long way home, i just relaxed n had fun in my lil home away from home.

My kitchenette. I had to improvise smhw. My pot of Egusi soup.

I just cooked the yam and fried egg,unfortunately the egg got burnt alittle.

My beans series. I would kick n fight against cooking beans @home, but here in my home away from home, its gradualy turned into my favorite dish o . I would even drink cereals, garri, or biscuit flakes just to run away from it

2nd pix: beans n potatoes. Really a lovely dish. D potatoes adds dis extra sweetning. Its just so lovely.

Yh! Mum tot us to share food during christmas n festive periods. They were rily happy. It tasted awesome. I wld love to make it everyoda day, but d stress of chopping vegies in a practically non-existent kitchen aint easy.

Reminds me of my nysc days when I used to feed the boys in my lodge because they couldn't cook
And they'd refer to me as their mummy because they don't go hungry or eat outside whenever I'm home.
