...Fidelity has almost similar story, but in this case, there are more room to fall.
Expecting some bull reaction btw 1.5 - 1.7, then a low below 1.2 will definitely drag in sentiment sellers and buyers.

As I mentioned some weeks back, monthly outlook of NSE index is not looking good, so long-term investors should waiting for opportunities lurking around

Do you see fidelity going down below 2 soon?

Zenith bank still forming boss at #27.97 but will soon visit #27.50, then will proceed to sub #27
There is no news around to bring in bull, q2 is still far.
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by jideflash(m): 12:15pm On May 18, 2018
Why don't they allow shorting in nse sef ?

TLAX:
I just wish "shorting" was possible on NSE. A few stocks i would have gone short on today cos i know they are still making "yanga". What will be will be.

The only "selective bull" i forsee (MY OPINION) should be around July/August when PFAs rebalance their portfolios in line with new regulation, to take on more variable return assets ("read" mostly equities) for those that are underweight this asset class. Of course quality names will be the major beneficiaries and my guess is that those with an interim dividend policy will be the winners.

I no just understand. Somebody pointed out that the NSE Rulebook does not prohibit it but that maybe brokers are not comfortable with it.

Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Dwizeone: 12:22pm On May 18, 2018
People don dey watch and wait since but then, what will drive any bull run now, nothing really, Q1 results have been released, we are gradually entering electioneering campaign season, funds will be pulled out, Q2 is still far away, just thinking out loud

Nice one. Abeg run TA on DangFlour.

I believe previous support is N8.00?

depends on d time frame , ard N9.84 test
but another bearish weekly engulfing candle forming ... 2nd one in 3 weeks
price now below 200dma for d first time in over a yr , 50 dma sef is sloping downwards
my issue here is over head supply build if support is not found in days or weeks to come ..
all those whose entries are above price will start hving break even mentality and just want to get out

Except for those in Tier 1, NSEMPA members took some nice hair cut, Unfortunately there is nothing positive to drive any bull run, the market needs a fresh breath which is not in sight, monitor your portfolio and reduce loss undecided

I like UBA at 10.9. By july when they declare interim dividends, the return will be better than fbnh full year dividend.
