Either they should be going up or down, for direction.

For WAPCO, technically, it is grossly overbought at about 94 RSI

Q1:. Yes. You qualified for interim dividend if you hold it till after 15th of Sept, which was the qualification date.

Q2:. No. No need to fill another mandate in as much as the quantities bought and transferred were added together in your portfolio.
Just try and pay attention to the dividend paid. Do your calculations and see if it tallies with the number of units you have.
