Hi chibucking81,pls can you recommend a good broking firm for me,initially l was planning to used investmentone but what am hearing abt them didnt give me that confidence at all .pls am waiting
presently I use three stockbroker and they are as follow; Csl stockbroker, SUS stockbroker and Morgan capital stockbroker. All of them are good. The Csl opening of account was about 1 million naira years back, but I don't know of now, SUS account opening as of then was about 50 thousand naira, while Morgan capital should be around 30 thousand naira or below. Csl charges high in terms of buy and sell commission and more secure than others as I observe and good to be use for long time investment, they are also into online trading, while Morgan capital is the best online stockbroking platform and they charges lower in terms of buy and sell commission , morgan is good for full time online stock trading. Am yet to draw conclusion about how efficiency they are for long term investment, if they passes that test it mean in no distance time they will be number one stockbroking firm in Nigeria.

I hope the people who have UBCAP in their portfolio presently can see what is happening to AFRIPRUD post closure in this bearish market.

If you studied the chart last year, u should be prepared for this. However, it will revert back to the mean. Best time to buy afriprud is now.

My target price is 2.30 and downwards, return to my previous post; the downward trend will moderate in the next 2 trading sessions

My trading strategy: I identify good stocks using fundamental analysis. I time my entry and exit points using technical analysis. I make short term gains using sentimental analysis.

Afriprud and uba seen at 2.11
Transcorp at 1.88
Dangcem at 111
Fbnh at 5.56
Diamond at 2.5
Sky at 1.6
Fcmb at 1.6
Fidelity at 0.5
Dangsuga at 3.5

Hian jeez, lols! your frugality or ijebulogy dismisses mine.

If u like dont buy it when it get lower perhaps by next week if election aftermath would be peaceful and no interim national govt been surprisingly imposed on us.Then that will be the best time to buy afriprudential because b4 you open your gaze on it, that resilient stock might be #2.90 atleast. So why wont a trader buy in at say #2-#2.15.This is just my only humble opinion. Do your DD!

You have to hold till Monday.
If you are able to sell it then, fine. Else hold till you can exit without making a loss.

Sir, it depends on when you enter and how much you paid for each unit. Presently, the stock in my own radar looks like a buying opportunity. The choice of selling depends on what price you enter when u factor in all the commission and fees paid.

I concur with myjoy08 on the current price of transcorp (looks like a buying opportunity) based on the likelihood of the coy releasing a good result anytime from now and reasonable dividend payment which could shore up the price

Sir, the 10K is just an assumption not official yet. So wait and see what they declare before discussing about their dividend! grin
