If I were Wale Tinubi,I would let this confusion continue till I buy out all willing sellers.Then release a good result and stop the delisting process.Once the price gets to 100,sell some off and pay down some debts.
I will then come back with a buy back option around the time I want to release another good result,this will then move the price up.
