You might be mistaken. Oando is gradually taking strategic steps to overcome its present challenges. A successful loan deal plus operations from the ENI fields will definitely booster their results and see the price above N50, especially if they produce a fair performance for FY2023. Oando should not delist, but rather make me a billionaire, biko!
It is good to dream. I know you don't have the liver to invest over hundred million naira in oando let alone billion. |
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by mikeapollo: 2:00pm On Nov 15, 2023 |

You forget that Oando was selling for N3 - N4 not too long ago and people have been accumulating in millions of units. For example, imagine someone has about 5million -10million units and the price rises to between N50 - N100 per share or more! What if the price even gets to N150-N200 per share? Sometimes, people make billions on the NGX from modest investments. I know when International Breweries was selling for 60kobo per share and the price later rose to N45 within few years! 2 Likes |

Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by thebargainhunte: 2:31pm On Nov 15, 2023 |
mikeapollo:The suspense behind oando is too much. Those that bought at that price must have sold out their holdings or sold some off. You think it is easy to control your adrenaline? When oando plummeted from #16.6 to # 7.1 those people must have reduced their holding in oando. Oando is not for investors, it is for gamblers and you know how gamblers behave. 6 Likes |

chinonsobest: Thank you for the heads up. Now, I will be monitoring him like a spirit on whatever he says about Oando! I will go reload as much of Oando as I can now. I must ''fly and follow'' the ''prophet'' to make ''heaven'' with Oando 2 Likes |
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by mikeapollo: 2:55pm On Nov 15, 2023 |
thebargainhunte: I started buying when Oando was N3-N5m. When I made momentary gains, I sold off, trade a little, and then bought more units again. I have refused to sell off permanently because I knew the intrinsic value should be much higher than N5. I also knew there could be a day like this when the price would shoot up because I remember when one cement company (Dangote Cement /Benue Cement) or WAPCO was selling at N4 per share because of some board room or business restructuring challenges and later rose to N70! Experienced investors would tell you that they look for underpriced stocks and hold for the long term....that is where they make huge profits. Another potential example is International Breweries which is selling for about N4.50....it could go back to the N40-N50 range in the next few months. |
