How true is this statement?
Also, may I clarify that a stock broker going under has nothing to do with clients’ stock portfolio investments as all stocks bought through the broker is warehouses with the CSCS.
All they need do is register with a new broker and and complete share transfer forms for their portfolio to be moved to the new house.
Unless they invested in the broker’s special in-house products not backed by the SEC and CSCS.

@OakPearl is clearly spreading falsehood.
Afrinvest notified investors that their web portal was being brought down to be redesigned and they notified customers to use their mobile apps which are more advanced than the web portal. Here's the announcement as seen on the company's official page. https://www.instagram.com/p/DAHAX2nOpLx/?igsh=MTVqM2MzcXdrODIwaQ==

Look at the time stamp at the top of these screenshots. I use the Afrinvestor 2.0 app which is more advanced than the web portal which they have brought down to rework so that it'll be as advanced as the mobile apps.

My point for sharing these screenshots is for you to stop telling lies. Confirm what you're not sure of before you start posting okay?

I can beat my chest and say every stock I have ever supported on this thread has never returned to the trading price when I called it or supported. And if you say I am lying bring out the stock and I will search and bring out the post when I called it out.

Dangota cement
Transcorp plc
Chem

If you've tried to do a transaction and you had an issue, reach out to their contact points and they'll sort you out.

That you had an issue is not enough to come here and tell lies about a company that has been doing business since 1995. Almost 30yrs and you think they'll go dark because you couldn't get your issue resolved? Lol

For someone to say Afriv has gone. Should be a thing of concern for those who have money there... NAIJA stockbrokers should not be trusted with your FUNDS

I personally don't leave a dime with them since 2008 experiences

ON OANDO grin
On loans, upstream oil and gas is heavily leveraged worldwide. Oando will substitute its costly foreign debt from Nigerian lenders and replace it with much cheaper debt from foreign lenders.
There are also hidden value in the Eni balance sheet which will be merged with Oando’s.

You these guys cannot keep a secret secret for even half year (H1).
I am flabbergasted by this Oando gang once again!
ENI balance sheet value/benefits can only reflect in 2024 full year result
