This is very wrong. Parked temporarily on Apapa road (Ebute Metta) to pick an urgent call, was there less than 2 mins when I was arrested by some touts in yellow T-Shirt (the team was led by one Kunle 'kekere') for Ilegal parking (Neither is there a no "NO PARKING" sign anywhere in sight nor a "Yellow Line"). I was taken to the LGA office on Ondo street and was only released after paying N22,000. If this is how Lagos state makes its money, then its so so wrong, unfair and unjust |
