I work at a training school. Our training department teaches chinese, small chops, cakes, complete hamburgers, crunchy chicken, rivers foods etc The kind of cakes we teach our students to make are the types where you can create hand bag cakes, guitars, gowns etc That course is quite expensive but our general catering course which excludes cake and bread.
