Just got a msg inviting me for Interview @ Mainstreet Bank.I dropped my CV at dr H/O around March last year and never really expected them to call.The text came in quite late and d interview is for 10a.m meaning I might not have enough time to do my research.Pls if you have any info on mainstreet recruitment like grade structure,pay and conditions of service,kindly share.Who else is in my shoes.

George, I dropped mine around October last year but I don't think that is enough because I wasn't invited until I begged an influential member of the society to write me an introduction letter which took 2 months to get. Try giving your CV to an insider.

Thank you Alamutatalo. Were the questions like the normal tell us about urself? Why u left ur previous job? Objective and what u can bring as a marketer?

@Dr. Wise,mine was for operations so d questions were based on functions I've performed(FT/CSO).They also asked for strength and weakness and what you intend to bring on board.Try as much as possible not to be over confident as dy will floor u,dr very sharp guys who have seen everything in d industry.

Monthly take home of 303k.

Not too bad for a bridge bank.
