CSO also but did mine in FITC lagos on the 24/6/2014.Learnt the interview for head of operations was conducted today.We pray the best will come out of this for all of us.

At FITC l noticed no question was asked about Mainstreet Bank at all.Just the normal can we meet you and questions on your cv.That suggests to me that there will still be another interview at Mainstreet Bank .

I also did my interview at FITC Abuja and also noticed the interviewers were mainly FITC officials. All the ques were basically abt who you are. Altho I was asked a few ques tho abt knowledge of d banking industry in general n also abt d role am applying for. But I think there will be a second stage.

Please can someone give me further details about the FITC interview. My wife did their computer based test in Abuja on the 10/06/14, but we have not heard from them, neither do we know if the computer based test was for mainstreet bank. Guys, please if anyone did the test then and have been invited for the interview let us know pls.

I really dont know where those who successfully scale through for customer service officers will be placed.On the day of our interview,almost everyone had experience of nothing less than 3 years in customer service.And the advert says GRADUATE CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER.From my understanding in the banking indusrty,GRADUATE position means enrty level.Are they thinking on putting us on entry levelWell lets watch and see how it goes.

Here are the grade levels for Mainstreet Bank for those who wish to know.

ET 1 (ET means Executive trainee)
ET 2
ET 3
ABO
BO
SBO

so on and so forth.An ET 1 take home pay monthly after tax is N128,000.While an ABO earns 303,000 monthly

When I went for the interview, I noticed it was in batches and some came for other positions like regional ops manager, but did not notice anyone that came for HOP.

Pls, which Friday? Was it 27th June or 20th June. I had mine on Monday 23rd June.

My interview was on friday 27th of June, 2014. I was the second person that went for the interview for 8.30am batch. I applied as HT. I pray we shall be favoured to scale thru into the next stage.

The two weeks notice u stated is not a barrier. God is in control.

I PRAY OH!!!
