Garri aids digestion due to its high fibre content.it's only when the garri is nt well processd i.e when cyanogenic potential is stil high in the garri. That type can affect when consumed but u can use milk to reduce the effect of the cyanide to safe levels. To be on a safer side,portion control is the key.
