I saw a lot of selfish play by Musa and Uche. I was amused when Keshi was comparing this team to the 94 eagles. Not even close. However, they could possibly be polished to play at the same leve as that reverred team. As Rufai said, that 94 team was together for 5 years and they played in two nations cup together including the qualifers before winning in 94 and exhibiting their talents at the world cup.

Overall, this is not the time to blame the coach or the players, but to offer them the way forward. Many on this forum had suggested that the players should have run out the time. I totally disagree. If they have scored the second goal instead, it would have demoralize the Burkinables. And at the time when the Burkinables were desperately looking for the equalizer is perfect timing.
