Please I would like to know which agency one can direct PHCN's overbilling complaint to. I have written countless letters to their Area office and district office to no avail, i even wrote to their head office but I still get overbilled. |

Some guys walked into my office some weeks ago, introduced themselves as staff of NERC (National Electric Regulatory Commission and assured us that we could direct such complaints to them. Google the name and you'll get their website. Goodluck! |
