@all,i am sorry to say this but when a situation like this arises there is no soultion but patience .it is evident that ur goods are not missing but delayed.i know time is money in business and ur customers will be on ur necks now,but just try and wait ,u can keep up the pressure but pls lets exercise patience
@cvm,i think people are correct about ur ack of adequate informantion dissemination,i must confess ur company scores very low in this regard,u need to step up a bit in this area,keeping silence and allowing ppl to be in uncertainty will not be in ur best interest,OPEN A THREAD FOR UR CUSTOMERS .i dont know why u are scared or afraid of doing that.well maybe u have ur reason.but try and step up in the aspect of customer relations .give ppl a specific time they can contact u and attend to the request promptly.

texaco1: when i raised the issue of people asking mundane questions many on this thread rebuked me and told me to shut up and that i was too harsh,now this is the result,
secondly many people that started this importation biz have not made any gain,getting africard or gtb card ,or ordering from aliexpress is not the main thing.being able to analyse the market and have a target one is the main thing.many joined this trade without any serious marketing strategy thus losing money after investing huge cash.
thridly i have noticed that the same set of people are the only ones coming to this thread since page 78,i raised this also people then said i was talking rubbish
i must confess since page 80 i have not seen anything new on this thread.i raised the issue or idea of people coming together to form units of 2 or 3 ,and to pool their resources together ,noone cared.i raised the idea of having dedicated marketers on this thread too.the truth is EVERYONE CANNOT BE AN IMPORTER LET ALONE MAKE A SUCCESSFUL ONE.people have to realise where their talent and ability lies and channel their energy towards that area.
