Eu is 5 digit on fxcm, i dont know if they are allow liberty reserve, yes they have an android app which is quite good and withdrawal takes about 5 days.

All the goverments are cheating, the Chinese and Japanese are the largest trading partners of Australia, they've learnt to keep their currency weak too, can't say I blame them sha. QE cannot come soon enough
