Governor Olusegun Mimiko of Ondo state was today Sworn Into offices for second term. The sworn in event was held at the state capital Akure in elaborated ceremony.

The Abia state governor, Theodore Orji, Acting Governor of Taraba state; Tanko Almakura, Ekiti state governor, Kayode Fayemi and the Anambra state governor, Peter Obi were in attendance as well as the Ooni of Ife, Oba Okunade Sijuwade.
Former governors Ayo Fayose and Alao Akala were also present.

Dr Mimiko promised that there will be a synergy between government and the people.
