Yes! I strongly encourage married couples who have had sex before side and during marriage if there were any acts outside the marriage. Viruses have qualms for specific race, creed, gender, or ethnicity. No one is safe from viruses good or bad.

My husband and I tested before we got married and six months after we got married just to ensure neither of us have diseases. If you have suspicious thoughts about your partner...get tested. Protect yourself even from your spouse. There are women who have been infected with deadly viruses from their HUSBANDS simply because he was cheating or screwing other men without protection. It goes for women as well.

Just because you are married..doesn't mean you will not catch anything. Be safe and keep your partners clean if you must screw around!
