Sorry for him but this should teach govt. workers to always be on top of their jobs and take it more seriously.

SimplySEA: No! Moral of d story. Careful d kind of interview u grant and persons too. They may not hesitate to drag u down when they have d chance....! Ffuck channels tv!

The media is there to ask public officers questions on behalf of the people. Public officers should always be on their toes because of the media and we the people benefit (or should benefit) from this 'check' process.
The guy should have at least done his basic homework before going on air, that would have hidden his ignorance from us but not doing that goes to show how bad we have it with misfits heading important ofices in our country.

Thumbs up to Channels TV.

laylow001: Hausa Man And Lastma
An Hausa man was arrested in Lagos
by a group of Lastma officials for driving on
the BRT Lane. His car was fined N5,000. Upon
all the begging and pleadings, the LASTMA
officials refused to release the car. The Hausa
man asked; Okay, may i know where you are
towing my car to?. One of the LASTMA officials
replied; we are taking it to Alausa. Ha Ha Ha
Ha Ha….. The Hausa man laughed. All the
LASTMA officials were surprised and paid
attention to him, wanting to know why he
was laughing. Immediately, the Hausa man
brought out his phone and started speaking;
“Abu Qaqa Ina Kwana!” (Good morning in
Hausa). ‘No sir!’ “Not less than 30minutes
before it will explode!. The car has been
arrested…..” “Only 20 out of those new
bombs are inside the car.” “They are taking
the car to the targeted destination, “Alausa”.
I’m coming back to Sokoto alive now. “Thank
You Sir”. Greet other faithfuls for me. He said
and rounded off his imaginary call. He looked
around, no LASTMA officials was in sight. He
entered his car and sped off, saying; shege,
dan burouba shege.
lol

I wonder if he was suspended because he was not able to give the Organisation's website or the fact that he mentioned that they have several websites and he did not know which one to give to the public! Or did he grant an interview that was not authorised by his 'oga at the top'?
Instead of suspension NSCDC should educate their staff on good communication skills.
The way Mr Shem was pointing fingers up and down was embarrassing; especially when he said dot and pointed downwards.

According to reports, he was not suspended by his "oga at the top" (NSCDC Commandant-General, Dr Ade Abolurin), but by his "oga patapata" (Ministry of Internal Affairs).

I wonder how Mr SHEM's kids feel. Indeed, they must be aSHAMED of Mr SHEM's SHAMEful response to a question on channels tv, which have put the family in SHAME. The situation has left Mr SHEM's family in SHAME and made him look like a SHAM. I wish them a quick recovery from this SHAME.

Then what is he? An incompetent man holding such position, dis is d key problem killing us in this country, when u see a wholly incompetent person serving in a capacity he isn't suppose to , becos of 'man know man' syndrome, a point in fact (apropos) is ur president GEJ, a man dat lack ideas, timid, nd inexposed, can't even express himself very well in english! Is been prescibed as president becos of loyalty nonsense, its such a pity n a serious setback 2 us! If he really wasn't a fool, he should have resigned honourably n save his ass of the well deserved humiliaton! Nonsense

B-R-E-A-K-I-N-G News!
No Punishment For My Oga At The Top - Abuja.

The Lagos State commandant of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corps (NSCDC), Mr Obafaiye of the 'My Oga At the Top' saga, has been cleared of any wrong doing by the Abuja Head Office.

They described Mr Obafaiye as a very hard working officer, who has transformed the operations of NSCDC and he and his team curtailed the activities Oil thieves, vandals and their godfathers since he arrived Lagos.

The wondered that, instead of treating Mr Obafaiye (aka My Oga At The Top) as hero, people have choosen to drag his name to the mud.
Hope For Nigeria was assured that Mr Obafaiye will not be punished in any form, as he did not commit any offense that will effect the activities of NSCDC or the economy of the Country.
