used an agent, submitted may 24th paper route. still awaiting medic call.
@kayconsult , you are very ryt. all medic awaitees shld be proactive.
2 wks isn't enof for medicals and trv. get a new start date.
some courses get filled up earlier than others, just like HRM @ humber college.
I mailed my schl yesterday, explaining dat there was a delay in issuance of my visa from the embassy.
and requested for a new startdate since September 16th isn't feasible.
the only miracle dat can make 16th feasible is if medials is waived and we all know it aint possible.

I have been following this trend for long tho this is my first time of commenting. ..I did my medicals July 10 2013 and my TRV is nt out yet..and my school (Humber College) is resuming this Monday. I hrd its the CIC Strike overseas that is delaying it. I dny knw if dere is anybody in d same shoe as mine.

Denied for financial reasons. Not satisfied I have enuff finances for tuition without working
Not satisfied I can maintain accompanying famiky members without working - I NEVER SAID THEY WERE COMING WITH ME!

Sponsorship not credible. Self sponsored. Had $40k in account but just transfered $6,500 out of it to humber before printing statement. My program in Humber was about $13k. The twist is that after rejection by Saint Mary's University, they reconsidered and gave me admission just before applying for visa. SMU's program cost $25k by which time I had drawn down my account to about $34k. I did not want "not bonafide student stuff" again so I went with SMU which seemed more credibe to me (Masters as against PGD) considering I already had an MBA 10 years ago (2003)!.

I am truly financially handicapped right now as I had since invested all my money in a business venture. I will try to pay all fees upfront next year before applying hoping that if finance is the problem, I can solve it by paying while leaving all other things constant.

Thanks folks. I might have lost now but it's been a good race. I am satisfied. Had I been asked to pay, I had made some contigency arrangements to source most of the funds at short notice but it would have been tough and from my recent experiences, people disappoint often times so it's really better to be fully prepared.

Last year finance was not expressly listed. It was Not bonafide student, not satisfied you will return and not credible. Another major difference apart from level of course program is that I put my certificates this time around having only recently collected them (BSc & MBA). Only put SSCE last year.

@OgaChrigo there's no news yet from ma side atm.went 2 Asaju hospital 2 confirm wen ma medics was sent and she tolld me twa sent 6th of August.for those who say dey dnt send medics 2 france in can tell you that ALL MEDICALS R SENT TO FRANCE!!! The lady gave me a tracking no 4 fedex courrier which I used 2 comfirm that it was sent 6th and delivered 8th of august in france. My agent said dey were expecting some trvs 2day so hopefully mine is dere else I wud storm CHDC on monday.thanks Oga chrigo and all
