Have something important to tell you. It's not about any agent (y'all know I hate them) or getting visa (don't know about your luck and level of preparation) or reason for denial (US never made me one of their visa officer) but it's personal concern.

Rice is so wonderful and got good rating, it is located in Houston a nice environment to be. Hope you got funding though.

I think its a bit weird that they are asking for the senders name instead of the name of the sevis number's owner. Since you have not much time left I'd suggest you pay right here in Nigeria through g.i.e.v.a. They'll charge you N10,500 on top of the normal N32,000 fee.

Just like Gboyega said, Rice is highly rated. NYIT is a private university just like Rice. A friend of mine who just graduated from the Energy Management department @ NYIT paid over $8k per semester. Another old member here who studied environmental technology graduated from the school. If I am correct, you prolly had paid some hundreds of dollars....$500 ? (NON-REFUNDABLE) which goes into your tuition before NYIT sent your I-20. Only you can do the maths and choose the one you think will pay you at the end.

Will you be at the Old Westbury campus or Manhattan?

Ivy League schools guarantee you atleast 70% success during the interview. That is if you are not 35years old and just going for undergraduate studies or going there for a Masters in Physical Education or Swimming.
