Your TOEFL score is excellent. But I'm quite certain to an extent that TOEFL score isn't usually a main criteria for the awarding of scholarships that you seek. If you really need GA/scholarships, you'll need the GRE. You'll need to ACE the GRE, and also have a good undergraduate CGPA to stand a chance. TOEFL can then come in as support.

Supporting documents are:
Transcripts.
9) University certificate(if you are a graduate already).
10) Bank statement.
12) Letter of sponsorship.
13) GRE/GMAT/TOEFL score card.
14) Admission letters from other schools you got admitted into, if any.

Plus any other documents you feel will help support your case. Such as proof of ownership of landed property that indicates home ties. Please note that this is very optional. You don't have to go with this document.

@Amefrica, you're kind of special here. So i just wanted to hear from you. Your facebook comments is really fascinating and i laugh reading them sometimes. Make sure you join Entertainment Club at school when you travel out coz you might just be lucky and your popularity will grow stronger. This is just my own advice. Dude, I like you.

There are ways around, if your school has a facebook page where people post stuff for sale. Then post that you are looking for someone with a car to help you move your things. You can offer like $20 or beer with home cooked meal . Second look for older graduate students and make friends, from my experience here my seniors are quite nice...you can look for one that would help you out. Also if there is an African society in your school you should have someone there willing to help. Finally you can always get your things little by little. Even with a car I still went shopping to furnish my place about 3-4 times.
