The fact is that I was once denied US student visa about 10 years ago. In the application, I didn't include all my sisters name because I couldn't remember their addresses. My question now is will this omission disqualify me when I apply now. Then application was paper based. Again, if I stand a change, what documents do I need to submit for visiting?

gotta couple or more Qs to ask and i'll really appreciate your comments on them...have gotten admission in a school up west and i'll be preparing to go for my visa interview come october...a friend left for NY four days ago gave me few tips b4 he flew ova but ah need more...

1. How do I pay my SEVIS fee? heard d online debit card payment doesn't work for Nigerians

2. the financial/bank statement is exactly 9 months old, if am going for the interview do I need a new one? note* mi sponsor ain't sponsoring me anymore am jus using the bank statement in her name, so I wont be able to ask her to make a fresh one for me again.

3. note* i got admission in a community college (2yrs)...While reading through my i-20,
something struck my mind. On my
i-20 it is written that I will be
spending 2 yrs in the states (for my
studies), but I have plans of
transferring to a four year Bachelor
degree awarding uni. The question is,
if am eventually asked during my visa
interview how long am I going to stay
in the US. would my reply
be 2years or 4years (explaining to
them the reason) ?

4. Also, since i will be extending my stay
in the US to four years (or more for Ms), my
International passport will be expiring
june 2015, just to be on the safer side
and avoid any risk should I renew or
apply for a fresh international
passport before going for my Visa
interview?
