There is no how, a sin can be hidden for long. Either the person that commit the sin confesses or the sin is later revealed or exposed by fate. Just like when Cain couldn't hide from his sin after killing his brother Abel, so it is when you cheat on a faithful partner. Apart from having this constant feeling of guilt, it's either you confess or your sin (unfaithfulness), is later exposed by God. There is never an escape route for an unfaithful partner. So, to avoid being embarrassed or humiliated, behave yourself!
