For instance, I own Conduit dot info. If I want to get a buyer for it, I would type Conduit into Google. Of course there you will see conduit.com there in the result. Next thing I will do is go to whois.com and type conduit.com into the top right corner of the search box. Hit search and it will reveal the contact for conduit.com. With that in hand, I compose my email which I send to the owner.

Thanks for this initiative. I have subscribed for the Godaddy auction in order to list my domains for sale, but no luck yet. Although i normally choose the 7 days auction period. E.g: sexperiod.com. Sedo already banned me before submitting their confirmation form lol. Question: what do you think I'm doing wrong?

sexperiod.com is a "bit" marketable and finding the right company that will need the domain name will be a tough one. When you pick a domain name, make sure is something that has broad appeal and you will find a handful of endusers. Remember domain sales is a game of numbers...

I picked Home Plumbing And Heating dot com a while back. Why? Google it and see the myriads of companies using it in their domain name, many of which my is much better than because it's category defining domain. Hope you grab am like hot eba? smiley It's all about numbers and marketability.

I have been busy with other things that's why I couldn't keep my promise. As a matter of fact, I am traveling home tomorrow for an uncle's burial.

Most times, I am busy searching for domains and reading blogs. Just last week, I read that Amazon launched a new product/device and has purchased closely related domains from HugeDomains.com and BuyDomains.com

I headed to Wikipedia page for the said device and read everything about it and one thing struck my senses which reminded of their Kindle device some years ago. I did a search and noticed that they acquired KindleDevice.com. I further search revealed through whois.com that a very closely domain to this one like KindleDevice.com was dropping. I quickly put a backorder for the domain and found myself in an auction with another dude. For my mind, fear don catch me. The domain is even better than all they had bought from HugeDomains and BuyDomains.com

We were just 2 in there. So, I increased my Bid to $800 just in case he tries to bid 10 seconds to the end of the auction, he will not get it but will lose eventually.

Close to the end of the auction, I was sitting on my lappy watching what will happen... I was practically on the edge of my seat and watching keenly of any opposing move.

Fortunately for me, he didn't bid more than his initial bid and I won at $69.

The domain is just like KindleDevice.com (owned by Amazon) and it's a voice recognition device. Just remove Kindle from KindleDevice.com , replace it with the name of the new product/device and you have my domain smiley.

This one will be brokered for me by a friend from Namepros.com as I know he has experience in getting top dollars for his domains. Even, if you google the product launched by Amazon, please I will appreciate it if you do not mention it here. Check whois for it if you so wish to know the domain I own but do not mention it here in order to prevent Google from pick it up.

I am just saying in essence that you have to go the extra miles to get what you want. Read stuffs... to be candid, I sleep very late everyday. I barely have up to 3hours sleep daily.

It's all about hardwork.

Many of you know Nitidomains. That guy has done wonders in domain and he is just 9 months into the game. He has even surpassed my record by huge margin. He recently closed 10k and 8.5k deals and also got a $30k OFFER for one of his domain a week after acquiring the domain. So, it's all about speed, hardwork and going the extra miles to get what you want and above all a knowledge of something your competitor do not have.
